The Brunswick Skillet

We ate there for Sunday brunch. We went in get breakfast, I was somewhat upset menu was limited at first. My husband ordered the chicken and waffle and I ordered the southern egg Benedict… amazed doesn’t even describe how happy I was with my choice! It was so good and the serving size was enough for two people. My husband said his food was delicious too! We will definitely be back again! The owner chatted with us a bit and the waitress was friendly and very attentive! If you haven’t tried them go next Sunday!

The best fried green tomatoes we have ever had. Catfish hot and wonderful made from scratch. If your looking for great food and great people. This is your place. Yum

We love the new and improved menu. The food and service is great. We stopped going several months ago but decided to try with new ownership and glad we did! Definitely back in our rotation.

Excellent experience, new owners, food was superb, Waitress was friendly, and attentive, good prices. We went on a Sunday around 9:15am...about 3 tables were full but many more came in around 9:45 and are realizing this is a gem in disguise. We're going back this weekend and hope to make a lunch or dinner soon too. Check it out!
Sister did the Omelet and it was huge and tasty, Mom & I did the eggs, bacon/sausage, and Pancakes...large pancakes, cooked just right, not too think or thin, and golden brown. Went in without knowing but very happy with the outcome...fun, relaxed, tasty breakfast with family in a great environment...Hard to beat!

DELICIOUS! Along with the gumbo and chopped steak, we had bacon wrapped fried pickles and everything was fantastic! The new menu is great!
