The Wing Guru Arlington

My family loves wings and the reviews on here originally deterred us a little bit. But, because our usual wing place out here is closed on Mondays we gave it a try. We ordered 50 mild hot party wings. The price is about $10 more than what we normally pay for 50 wings, but the flavor was delicious. This is the best flavor you will find out here without having to drive into Memphis. The ladies at the register showed us our order while we were picking up to ensure it looked good and were so friendly. You definitely get what you pay for. We will be eating here again!

We got our wings to go. The staff up front were awesome. They made great suggestions on the food. The food only took about 10 minutes which is great. When my food was ready the staff read what I ordered and then showed me the food to make sure it look right. The wings were amazing and everything was correct. I highly recommend this place.

When going to a place of business, the first thing I look for is great customer service and if your customer service skills are horrible, I won't patronize your business. The Wing Guru staff from the kitchen all the way up to the management was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. Since this was my first time visiting, there were flavors I've never heard of and the cashier explained to me what the flavors would taste like. So I ordered the 10 piece combo(my flavors I chose were Triple J and Honey Hot) with a side of fried okra and when I tell you that food blessed my soul it was fresh and hot and seasoned by God himself lol... Although the price is a little more than others, I'll be back because it's not often you can get good food and good customer service all in one restaurant...

Arlington, Tn location. The flavor of the food was great, five stars. The service, horrible, one star. Placed a pickup order at 5:50 and was told the food would be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived 24 minutes after I place the order, the wings were ready, but the plain burger, two orders of fries and fried green tomatoes were not. It was another 30 minutes before the staff would have those items ready and that was after I’d approached asking about the food. The service level was unacceptable. All that said, again, the flavor of their food was wonderful, but the food was also cold with exception to the fries and burger. Additionally, the fried green tomatoes were awesome, however, I’ll never pay 5 dollars for three slices of tomato. Fool me once. I’ll give them another try, one day.
