Really happy Casa Mexicana opened a spot in Collierville. Very tasty, fresh food with really great service. Andreas was super nice and let me 'crash' the soft opening when we wandered in thinking the location was open. I was very impressed with the food quality, quantity and service by the staff in training. Went again tonight and it was just as good. Looking forward to the Grand Opening in 2 weeks and hope to have all my friends and family give them a try. The food, drinks and atmosphere are awesome. They even have an outdoor dining area. In the old Pimento's location. Give them a try, soon! Other reviews say $50-100 per person is 100% wrong.... I don't think you could spend $50-100 per person here unless you buy top shelf tequila for each person. Realistically it's $15-25 per person not including alcohol... Seriously.

Great service, proportions are more than enough, wish I had a before picture but it was too good I had to eat first
