The Bahama Mama was amazing! The owner Tiffany is so kind and will work with you to help create the best mix for weight loss, nail and hair growth, etc!

The atmosphere is so nice, I ordered a turtle shake and Gusher tea. I’m usually not a fan of chocolate protein but It was amazing in my turtle shake, and the tea was just what I needed to get me through my long drive to ATL. Love love loved my visit.
My cousin had the banana pudding shake, she said she loved it, it tasted too much like her favorite dessert.

Y’all better come get yourself one of these loaded teas! Hands down the best nutrition spot I’ve visited! Not only does the tea give me a boost but so does the decor! I love the colorful design that Tiff has incorporated into this space! Not to mention she has the best customer service! And her little helper is too cute! It was a delight to see both her & her daughter’s smiling faces this morning! That Blank Panther tea & doughnut hole shot got me all the way right for another day at Regional One! I highly recommend!
