    I appreciate the effort they make to connect with their customers. If you make many trips to purchase coffee and converse with the baristas they will help you get it made just to your own personal liking! I appreciate that when I am paying that much for a coffee. Their stores are always clean and that is great during this pandemic!

    Quality as expected but PAINFULLY SLOW DRIVE THRU!!! It’s been this way for weeks since the lobby is closed, and I keep thinking that they will surely figure out how to get more efficient. Not so as of yet. Alternative options are limited.
