The Sear Shack Burgers and Fries

Some of the best burgers I've ever had! But honestly, I could have been just as happy eating only the buns they were so good. Friendly staff, quick service, will be visiting again(:

Arguably the one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Great Collierville decoration makes you feel like you’re on the square eating a burger. As long as you get the seat sauce on your burger you will love it just as much. If you are wondering what my most favorite burger place would be Clyde’s in Upper Michigan. Great Job Sear Shack. PS. To the people in the comments saying that it is expensive, and you could get 2 Wendy’s burgers for the same price you should rethink your life choices. You can’t compare them

My experience didn’t start off so great because my order was wrong. I ordered 1 single and 1 double but received 2 singles. Got home and called Sear Shack on the phone but they never picked up. Next day we called and talked to the manager Amber. She was so nice. She was intent on making everything right. She refunded my money and also remade my order correctly. Great customer service! Mistakes will be made, but it’s how we respond to them that tells the true story.

I bought a cheeseburger, fries, and a vanilla milkshake for $14.59. Was it worth the money...that is the question. At that price you would expect gourmet "All the way", but was it? No. I could have bought 2 Wendy's meals for the same price as 1 meal from Sear Shack, and to me, Wendy's is better. Was their shake worth $5.49? Way to much for a shake. Yes, their fries was good, but their hamburger? Best in Memphis? Not by a long shot.
