    After an earlier disappointment at the McDonald's near Graceland, tried again at the one in Lakeland around 430pm. Wonderful experience! True professionals. Very competent and friendly. And they got our order right!

    Very friendly staff that will have a nice conversation with you. I usually run through before work at 4:30am so I see the night shift. Always smiling and thank me. Great service.

    Me and my husband were having a bad day. We haven't eaten McDonald's is Years but we really wanted something greasy, salty and delicious that day. Wasn't disappointed.

    This was the best McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean, even the cook prep area was clean. I'm one to look past the counter and look at the floors. The floors were spotless. Other McDonald's could learn from this place.
