Yum. Great, great Ethiopian food. We got goat stew and a vegetarian platter. Each dish was distinct and flavorful. The shared dinner had a combination of crunchy and smooth, sharp and soothing, strong and stronger. I've eaten a fair amount of Ethiopian food on the West Coast of the US. This was better than any of that. My friend suggested that we were having Southern food. Maybe there was some influence, but just in the interest of good flavors.
Loved the food, the atmosphere, and the people. It's a quaint little restaurant with authentic food!
This is my very first time eating Ethiopian food and it was so delicious. We came at the very tail end of the lunch buffet but all the wells on the buffet still contained plenty of food. Will definitely come by again the next time I’m in town. Oh and try the hot tea!
Authentic and wonderful. Husband and wife who are a delightful couple. Very helpful if you are unfamiliar with the cuisine, as some of our party was. The food is amazingly flavorful with just the right amount of spice. My wife and son and gluten free and have never had any reaction from anything here and we eat here frequently. Yes, the injera is gluten free. I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly! If you have never had Ethiopian food, give it a try. It will be fun and you will love it.
This is a must try! The food is amazing and the service is very nice! I will be returning again soon. Make sure to try the spice tea!
