(July 11, 2021, 11:19 am)I recently stsrted following this vendor on Instagram. I also read rave reviews about this food truck on Daily Memphis newsletter. You will not be disappointed with pirchasing from Bain BBQ. When I say true Texas BBQ, I mean just that. The brisket was well seasoned, and juicy. The burnt ends were delicious. They have a barbecue sauce that taste like honey mustard, and it is the perfect compliment to the burnt ends. Bain BBQ does not owe me anything!!!!!!!!

(June 30, 2021, 9:34 pm)Exceptional. Yummy, Dangerously good. Spoiled me for even home grilling. Loved the pinto beans and Mac and cheese sides. My cholesterol won't let me have too often but for a special meal, eat this food.
