Good service however I visited both Germantown locations and was told the frosty lemonade machine was down (twice).

It is what it is. Good food. Excellent 5 star service and with the mobil app im able to get in get out without the hassle of standing in line.

Love the food & the service. The chicken, egg, cheese bagel is sunshine to my digestive system! The drive thru at this location though has issues in its design & can make getting in & out of the parking lot difficult... But nothing stops my morning breakfast jam. Not even parking lot traffic jam

Not sure if it was due to the exceptionally large crowd present while dining in, but the kitchen staff and the front of house were not in good communication. My receipt was correct, but they somehow delivered to me the wrong food. The food was still good, but I don't think I'll be visiting this particular branch again.

Service always friendly, food is good and fresh about 90% of the time which is amazing for a fast food establishment. I just wish they used a little less homophobia in their seasoning. I found that when I replaced that ingredient with unconditional love like the Bible actually teaches that my food tastes much better.
