Pleasant surprise. Always trying to support local healthy alternatives. This place was across the street from hotel. Good selection of appetizers, bowls, sandwiches and wraps. Awesome juices, smoothies, elixirs, etc,..
Vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores will all be delighted..

My wife and I love this place. We eat a mostly plant-based diet and this is an easy place to find a variety of choices ranging from the bowls to entrees. There are some chicken and egg options as well for those who do not like veggie choices.

Moderately priced. Pleasant staff.

It always seems pretty busy, but the staff works efficiently to get you in and out.

I absolutely LOVE city silo! I probably end up eating here about once a week. They have a great variety options for all types of eaters. A lot of the menu is vegan but there are lots of choices. I highly recommend the Super C Boost smoothie! The atmosphere here is also great, and I love the decor. Such a fun spot to meet up with friends!

My husband Bobby and I ate here on Saturday before the USA women’s soccer match. The place was PACKED which is a great sign in my opinion. The menu is mostly vegan (though they don’t advertise it that way, let’s face it most Memphis folks would not eat at a totally vegan restaurant). They do have 2 dishes w chicken options, and some dishes have eggs/ cheese BUT there is a vegan alternative for EVERY item!!! There are also gluten-free buns/ breads for those who cannot eat gluten. I cannot say enough great things!!!!! I got a salad and Bobby got the BBQ spaghetti squash sandwich. YUM! We will be returning often. Service was fast despite being slammed with customers. We went at 1:00 pm and it was bustling. This is my new favorite Memphis restaurant. Finally Memphis has a VEGAN restaurant that actually makes their food fresh and is not loaded w gluten. Winner!
