Everytime I come here the service is fast!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The ladies are very familiar with the menu and can recommend any tea or shake for your diet or taste preferences. They also have food items which are also tasty. The store also does coupons which is helpful because you will become addicted to the drinks. 10/10!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Cordova Nutrition! The Loaded Teas are amazing(I’m craving one right now 😂) & the owners are so sweet and welcoming! They are patient and will answer any questions that you have. I definitely found my new nutrition spot!

The Gluten free & Vegan Smoothie was awesome. I also had a great experience here. I called first to make sure they carried alternative Milk options. The lady that answered was very nice, and said they had products with soy milk. When I got there I checked the bottle of the protein powder they use. She said they had vegan powder too. After checking both, the vegan one is the only one that is strictly plant based using only soy. The other one contains milk and soy. I showed her and she was very grateful for teaching her. I also shared with her about the documentaries: What the Health, Gamechangers, and Forks over knives. She asked me to write it down. She really wants to learn to help her customers. I thought that was awesome. 👍

This is the best nutrition spot in Cordova. The loaded teas are wonderful. It gives me that boost of energy I need to start my day and it doesn’t have that after taste that most nutrition spots have. The owner is very nice and friendly.
