Corky's Ribs & BBQ

Super cozy place. Andre waited on us and was super helpful. The ribs are fall off the bone tender. The dry rubbed are different than I've ever tried. Highly recommend trying them. Pulled pork was perfect combo of lean. Not fatty at all.

Recommended by a local/native who I was talking to at the airport, and boy was he right! Best ribs I've EVER tasted, and I lived in Kansas City for 15 years! Can't say enough good things about the Memphis dry rub style ribs! Also THE best catfish I've ever eaten, hands-down. Extremely friendly and gracious staff as well. Definitely would not miss hitting Corky's whenever I'm in Memphis!

The deliciousness of the dry-rub ribs was eclipsed only by the pleasure of having Anita as our server. She was hilarious and kept us and all other diners in her section entertained from start to finish. The food was mostly very good, but the experience made the meal.

All of the above said, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the mac and cheese and fried pickles were honestly pretty weak. Everything else we was delicious though and I would absolutely make it a point to go if I ever visit Memphis again.

Welcoming atmosphere. We were looking for a local known barbecue spot. We actually pulled into one rival restaurant and asked a patron in the lot. From that restaurant they told us if you are looking for barbecue go to Corky’s. The menu is not overwhelming but enough. Food had good portions and was flavorful.

Corky's is my favorite restaurant to stop at while in Memphis. Their menu consists of a wide variety of mouthwatering options to choose from at a reasonable price -- the ribs are my usual. The staff is very nice and places customer satisfaction above everything else. I've been coming here for about five years now, and I plan to continue keeping this place in business. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed.
