Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Placed an online order at 1:30 to be picked up at 2:45. Got there at 2:40. At 3:01 the manager comes out to tell me I have an 11 minute wait on fried chicken. Waited 35+ minutes for an online order. Not to mention two people came after I did and got their to go order before I did. Being a 15+ years retired restaurant employee, store manager, and general manager I was disappointed but the manager took care of me. I will return because even though I had to wait the chicken was amazing.

Sadly our server is leaving to go to another restaurant but our food was delicious and order correct. They were working short of kitchen staff yet the food was amazing and our server kept the entire dining area orderly and Happy with their orders. They were working with limited wait staff as well.

The staff were very attentive. Our server was training a young lady and we could tell she was really ready to work hard and do a great job. She really cared and it showed. The food was really good too.

Great as usual. The waitress was great and thoughtful. She separated the to go entree i ordered for my husband just so...i was really impressed! The staff here is usually really good though. And the Sunday chicken dinner is delicious.

Hubby's favorite restaurant. Portions are large. Biscuits are non-ending. The store always has something new. The decor keeps you entertaining. And different in every store except for 5 things. The staff is always welcoming. In general go there. You won't regret it.
