Danver's (Memphis Catfish)

Went for monday night, half price roast beef sandwiches. It was good. Did not try the fish. I just don't like fish.

Ordered a catfish dinner with Mac and cheese. Asked if I could add extra piece of catfish and was told no. Also ordered 6 piece tenders with BBQ sauce. After paying I was asked to pull forward. My food was brought to me 6 minutes later. The catfish was warm at best but very mild and pleasantly was without a strong fish taste. The macaroni and cheese was completely bland. No salt flavor at all as you would expect at least some to come from the cheese itself. Tenders were piping hot and the biggest tenders I have ever had in my life. They were seasoned very well and I would have enjoyed them but the BBQ sauce I was given was horrible. It had a strong flavor reminiscent of cloves and was totally inedible. I couldn't stand more than one taste of it. I ended up going to the Mcdonalds behind them to get some sauce. So for the most part good food but sauce and lack of seasoning made for a disappointing meal.
