My favorite late night restaurant and their wings are bomb all flavors are delicious

I was given the wrong food two times at 11:30pm I come to this store all the time and never complain. After me being so frustrated I asked for the manager. I just want to take the time out to thank him for his splendid customer service he gave me my right order a refund and a coupon on my next visit. It’s managers like
him that make the line worth the wait. He said his name was CJ. I told him I will call corporate just to give him a complaint for making my day.

This location doesn't have crinkle fries. My cheeseburger had a lot of pepper. Strawberry shake was delicious as always. Waited in a very long line but hey, it's Dixie queen. Will patron again

I agree with some of the most recent comments, sometimes the food can be excellent than on different days the food can be ok. I come majority on nights. It might sound awkward , but certain cars will let you know if the food is going to be great. It’s not to many cars when I come at night, when I do and I see any sports cars I know the food will be at it’s best if not than I always get a nice young manager who write me a nice coupon if anything is wrong with my order. Maybe it might just be me who knows, but the food is great don’t knock it until you try it.

Hey I am from Nashville, TN. I come to Memphis every 3 weeks. Once I arrive the first thing I do is go to Dixie Queen sometimes around the times of 7pm-10pm. The customer service and food quality is great. This is the best location in the city in my opinion. I always wanted to know who the night shift manager was. I finally met the young guy. If you didn’t know any better you know think he owns the store lol. All I can say is he need a raise, I told him
