El Mero Taco

Good food, friendly staff. It just wasn't what I was looking for. I'm always on a journey to find the best authentic street tacos. I'm used to paying $1-2 each, all the tacos here were $4-5 each. I googled Food Trucks and tacos, it took me here. Not a food truck. The rent of the building might explain the high taco prices. I'm still searching for those little beauties wrapped in foil that cost $1 each.

Amazing tacos. Even better staff. Helped me keep my little one entertained while I was enjoying some good eats.

Awesome smoked brisket used in several of their dishes. Hard to find{it's behind Iberia Bank on Germantown Rd} but worth the trip. A bit pricey but quality is there. If you love grits try it with the smoked brisket, it's to die for!

Great atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff. I ate all their wonderful dishes when they were a food truck, I am so happy to see that they've transitioned into a sit-down restaurant. Their food is delicious. Homemade cheese dip is fantastic, take some home if you can.
The only reason they have four stars and not five is because their chairs are very uncomfortable.

What a great addition to their food truck. The brisket quesadillas are amazing and the fried chicken tacos are my favorite. Jacob and Clarissa are grateful owners and chefs who truly appreciate and care about their customers and their food.
Their attitude and care for everything is how you go from "Good to Great"
