Ordered the salmon wrap and the good vibrations juice and YALL it was DELICIOUS! And wasn’t too pricey. It doesn’t taste “healthy”. The wrap was pretty darned big, and boy was it filling. The juice was super yummy! I could smell the fresh fruit before I even broke the seal (I had it delivered). 100% recommend. Will definitely be going there in person very soon!

I came in for two smoothies that I wanted made how I wanted them. The clerk was pushy about me ordering from the menu. And when I said I wanted specific flavors she upcharged me for custom making my smoothies. It was over priced for 2 small smoothies and it took almost 20 minutes. Gave 3 stars because smoothies were not bad.

My wife works near this place and gets a smoothie five days a week. She has been bragging to me about both the service and the smoothies so I drove down today and met her. I ordered the grilled chicken salad with honey mustard. The salad was perfect and just the right amount of food. The staff was over the top friendly.

I really hope this place makes it and does well. If you are in the area please stop by. BECAUSE YOUR FOOD/SMOOTHIE IS PREPARED FRESH IT DOES TAKE A FEW MINUTES BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT

First time customer and this won’t be the last! Had the salmon club and tropical passion smoothie and everything was delicious! Everyone was friendly which is something that is always appreciated. Will definitely be back.

I randomly found this place in a search for juice bars in the Memphis area. I must say that I am very happy that I stumbled across this place. It is a small black owned health bar managed by a husband and wife. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I ordered a rhythm and beats and a grilled chicken wrap and was very pleased to say the least. As I was there, the wife came out and said that they just added shrimp and chicken quesadillas showing that they are adding more things to the menu. The food was absolutely amazing the juice was very fresh. I highly recommend this place for anyone in the Memphis area . I will be back whenever I’m in town .
