    This place is a true find!! Food is very fresh, tasty and incredibly inexpensive. NO idea why there aren't lines out the door. Everything was GREAT.

    It's not a traditional Chinese restaurant with the food displayed on a buffet but the food was delicious! I ordered the shrimp Lo Mein with fried chicken wings and not only was the food great but it was also plentiful as well.

    I was pleasantly surprised by Golden City. This is the first authentic Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in many years of living in Memphis. They do have two menus, so if you want the more adventurous stuff, ask for both! The food was a bit slower coming out than at some restaurants, but based on the high quality of the dishes, I think this is because they are preparing the food on the spot. Everything was absolutely delicious and a great price with big portions!
