    it's been years since I've been to a Hardee's. So I was happy to hear it was back in Memphis. But I'm just going to say this it was not all that

    The breakfast platter was plenty of foods for the price. The only thing I didn't like were the folded eggs. They were cold and looked like they sat in the heat too long because they were rubbery. Platters should have scrambled eggs. The biscuit with the gravy was hard to cut with a fork and knife.
    They need more staff on. One person running the DT and counter is not great customer service.
