Jack Pirtle Fried Chicken

My food was fresh and didn't take long at all...

I grew up eating Jack pirtles chicken. However,the one on Jackson street wasn't the same the gravy was caked up and thick like they added flour and water no taste at all. Grease was not fresh for the fries.and my steak had a after.taste. I was disappointed so was my kids.but you cant when them all. And I talked.about it all the way from Georgia. I guess I'll talk about how I wasted.my money all the way back home.????????

As I remembered it. Jack Pirtle is still in top of their business. It's been awhile since I've been there but both the food and service are still great. I've never had a bad experience in this business ????????????????????

"Jack Pirtle's Fried Chicken" is a solid staple of the Memphis metropolitan area! The restaurants are clean..the food is really good..and the staff are friendly! If you don't believe me..try to find a better fried chicken restaurant when you're on an extended vacation out-of-town!

I bought gizzards and they were great. The gravy is really great. Did you know that you can dip your French fries in the gravy? It's better than putting ketchup on the fries. Oh and don't forget to dip your biscuits in the gravy also. Um um good. You all have a great day.
