    This is strictly an outside facility. Orders are taken outside. Crew was fast enough. We ordered a 5 piece mixed chicken only meal. The service was efficient.

    I had an issue with an employee who was very rude. I addressed my issue with a manager by the name of Anthony. He resolved the issue and I was very pleased by the manner in which he handled it. If it hadn't been for him, Jack Pirtle's would have lost a customer. He was very understanding and professional. I hope he's valued as an employee. He shouldn't have to apologize on behalf of rude employees and clean up their messes, especially when the issue wasn't even on his shift. However, he did a great job.

    The food was so good...it was a lot g time since I ate there.We had the three pieces of chicken. IT COMES WITH GRAVY AND A BISCUIT...PLUS MASH POTATOES. WE WERE PLEASED.I WILL RECOMMEND THIS JACK PIRTLE,S CHICKEN.I WOULD GIVE YOU FIVE STARS....BUT THE DRIVE THROUGH AND WALK UP WAS SO FULL.WE WAITED A LONG TIME , TO GET THE FOOD.
