Joes' Fried Chicken, Memphis Best Fried Chicken

Celebrated my birthday tonight. Food was delicious. Lots of it, too. Fried chicken is the best. Great meal for a great price. Servers were great. Tyra did a great job. We will go back.

I like the cozy atmosphere. We were a party of three. We always order the all you can eat fried chicken. It is full of flavor, crispy on the outside but moist inside.(the closest to my mom's chicken). The macaroni and cheese is thick and creamy. The mashed potatoes are a good texture they can stand on their own without the gravy options. The greens have a nice smokey flavor and are tender. There is a house hot sauce that is spicey and kicks up the flavor of hot sauce a notch. It enhances the flavor without obliterating it. The owner usually comes to our table to make sure all is well. We visit at least 2x a month.

Excellent fried chicken. I had two chicken breasts, mashed potatoes and slaw and the breasts are big and more than filling. The chicken burger was also served at our table, generously sized. Blackeyed peas, French fries and greens were ordered and also received good compliments. A good value for the servings, chicken is cooked to order, and gracious service!

Customer service was impeccable. Manager walked around and greeted every guest, making sure the food and experience was what they expected. Restaurant is nicely decorated and atmosphere is very homey. Highly recommend for everything from a quick lunch to a nice family dinner to perhaps a romantic date.

Oh my! Their food is AMAZING! They have these cheese grits that are unlike anything I've ever tasted...the flavor...they don't taste like grits! Their fried chicken is crispy & juicy. But one of my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE things they have (besides the grits) is the Butter Pecan Pudding Cake! They don't make it all the time but, you can call & request it, if you like. Sooo good! You should definitely try it. You won't be sorry. ????????
