    Fries are good but greasy. Service in the evening is above average

    Do the burgers ship with onions on them?! I have never been to a Krystal where "no onions" is not interpreted as "let's just attempt to scrape off some onions (but leave the majority of them)." However, I only go to a Krystal about once a year, when someone else wants it. There are so many better options when in a rush

    The young lady working the drive through just after 4:30pm on 8/10 was incredibly polite and efficient. She made everyone in the truck smile with her pleasant demeanor.
