Gross food, bad service, mediocre prices. Would recommend. ????

Was given someone else order, food was pretty much thrown at me. Didn't have time to turn around. Krystals has always been one if my favorite I wont return to that location.

The reason I gave it three stars it's only because of the cashier she was the best thing there. Very polite sweet person but if I had to base it on my food the atmosphere if I could I would have gave no stars. My fries was old and warm greasy and mushy at the same time my burger was lukewarm I don't honestly know how you can make a lukewarm Burger but that's the only way I can describe it to me it was gross and nasty I want my money back but I ate a good portion of it and I was hungry I just hope I don't get sick. I don't think the Cooks take pride in serving paying customers if they did they will make sure your food is hot and fresh each time you eat it.

I like this place, but it's not overly great. The all-you-can-eat is hampered by intentionally slow refill service. We ran out of time before my belly was full. Alas. But I do love me a good original Krystal burger and the tots are good too.
