    I love the owners Araceli & Armando. We used to be neighbors. I know for a fact her food is freshly made or cooked. Also it's a blend of her Mexican mom's recipes along with Armando's Guatemalan family recipes. The flavors are so authentic and will fill you up. Handmade gorditas are my favorite with a glass of horchata. (Chicharon, chicken, nopales, and prensado are some of my favorite kinds of gorditas. ????????????
