"I work down the street from this Lennys location and all of my co-works and myself use them quite often! So on today I decided I wanted a beef and cheddar sandwich and I went there and placed my exact order! I get to work while on my lunch break and the sandwich was not prepared like i wanted it. Toppings where left off. Nothing makes me madder than my food being wrong and I'm on my lunch break! I called to speak with the mgr, in which i spw Amanda the mgr! She was very nice about the situation and offered to remake my sandwich and bring it to me, since I was pressed for time! Not only did she bring me the sandwich prepared properly it was awesome! I really Appreciate Excellent customer service that Amanda showed me! She went out of her way to make sure I was a happy and pleased customer, and I really Appreciate and commend her for that! So whoever is reading this or RESPONSIBLE for recognizing the Excellent employees of Lennys, make sure yall give a shout out and Kudos to The Mrg Amanda at the 700 Mount Moriah Suite 3 Memphis TN 38117 location!! I will continue to support this location as well as my co workers! Thank You again Amanda for making my bad situation into a Great Outcome!! ????????❤"

These guys are friendly, polite, and professional. Literally, the best Philly cheesesteak in Memphis, TN. They deserve more than just 5 stars.

I go to Lenny's quite often, this location has extremely nice people but they Never get my sandwich right. When I get a hot one I like it cut for my little family to eat while out & abt but they NEVER do. They also forget stuff like napkins, pickles on the side or extra something (mayo etc...) it's quite annoying when you have a 2 year old screaming "pickles" because they forgot to give you what you asked for.

I ordered lunch from this location today over the phone, the gentleman was super nice. The order was ready when I got there and I was standing in line to pay for it. The gentleman knew who I was before reaching the counter. That has never happened to me and I overall enjoy that service. If I didn’t stay across town I would most def make this my location. After receiving my food and getting it to my husband. The sandwich was the wrong one, it was fine. I receive a beef philly instead of chicken Philly. It was fine. This store is excellent, quiet and clean everyone was working with a smile on there face. I will be back soon, I’ll make sure I check my receipt before leaving next time lol.

My favorite Lenny's location. The staff is the best whether I am here at lunch or dinner. The place is always clean even when I come in at lunch rush. Jason does a superb job with this location. We all know things happen sometimes but this is the most consistently good in food and service I have experienced which is why I come to this particular
Lenny's 99% of my Lenny's visits.
