Little Caesars Pizza

I'm giving only 4 stars do to the toppings and cheese slid right off as soon as I picked up a slice. Other than that it was good.

Ordered a pizza via the portal, then get a message stating that the pizza was ready but not in the portal box and to pick up at counter, which was fine. Get there the lady had no clue what I was talking about, there was one pizza in the portal with no name assigned and she grabbed one from the back. The issue is once I arrived at home the pizza that was in the portal had no name on it and was cold, guessing it was not my pizza but one that was left, because the one from the back did have my name on it and it was hot. I should have checked before leaving but I was in a hurry which is why I used the app/portal.

The wait time was good my food was fresh hot the employees were very respectful Soon as you come in my friend went to the cashier on the right. The young girl was really outstanding with her customer service skills you can tell she wants to be there and is a people person. However the new girl on the left wasn’t at all I felt like she wish I hadn’t got in her line. She misheard my order and afterwards she was constantly looking down at her phone and everytime I would look up she was staring at my friend and I with a nasty look and a few other customers that walked in

PRETTY GOOD..THERE WERE WAITS ON THE PIZZAS..LITTLE LONGER THAN NORMAL.OTHER THAN THAT OK.

It's little Caesar's so obviously you should know the quality already. So this review is on the customer service. They're probably one of the best fast food places in terms of that in Memphis. Pizzas done in 8-10 min. Which is wildly more fast and consistent than all the other major fast food chains in town. Memphis has the worst fast food service of any city I've ever been to. So at least you can depend on them to get your order correct and quickly.
