    This was my first time eating here. The greens were very good. They had a different taste to them that I had never had before. The food literally tasted homemade. The owner was welcoming and friendly ????

    A great restaurant to enjoy a good meal me and my coworkers at NJ Ford And Sons Funeral Home eat here very often ‼️

    Everything is fantastic and has been consistently for years! Great food and great service! Had the seafood gumbo today with a side of turnip greens. The greens are always tasty and the gumbo was spot on!

    We were directed to this historic resteraunt by the great folks at the peanut shoppe (which is also wonderful and friendly). Take it from someone who has spent their life eating southern food, this is some of the best I have ever had in my life. Not only was the food delicious but the staff was delightful. I highly recommend you check it out. Don't expect fancy, this is a down home family cooking at it's best!

    This cafe is really good. It's nice and cozy. There is a very warm atmosphere, food is very tasty. Service is also very good. You haven't to wait for your order for a long time. So I really recommend you to visit it.
