The views were probably our favorite part but it's hard to say for sure. From our room we had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River and the Hernando de Soto Bridge. Each floor had a sitting area with large windows next to the elevators. We enjoyed a large and delicious breakfast on the sixth floor and finished our coffee sitting by the elevators, looking down on Main Street, the Trolley, and a gorgeous view of the Exchange Building. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they let us park our truck and trailer in the drop off area for the night since we got in late and the lot was full, and parking lot security kept an eye on it for us all night. The room was clean and cozy, we will definitely be back!

This place rocks, Seriously, the staff is so fricken nice, offered us popcorn, coffee, and treats as soon as we walked in..They have a nice fitness center, free breakfast, and the most comfortable bed and pillows. So close to everything, will definitely be coming back here!!!

Excellent location, great staff and a serene room! The decor in this hotel was modern with a nature vibe. Checking in/out of the hotel was quick and easy! They had complimentary gummy bears and lemon water in the front lobby. I had told the concierge I would come back down later to get some gummy bears. Later, i came back and they were put away but she gladly opened them back up and gave me a cup. The location was perfect! Also they had lots of places to grab food around the hotel. The bedroom was nicely air conditioned and clean from top to bottom. Will definitely stay here when I'm back in Memphis!! A+
