I like this place but I have some concerns.
-The taco salad felt like a rip off with only a small portion (1 to 2 oz) of walnut meat compared to the entire bowl of arugula. All I could taste was arugula.

-The mango quinoa bowl was over powered with curry and I needed to add lots of berries to halo balance the taste.

-The Hydrate juice is a red juice that had dark green residue around the rim that resembled dirt, that didn’t seem safe to drink with a dirty rim.

-The carotene dream was over powered with orange peel which made the juice very bitter.

-Everything else was really good: Black bean pasta, peach cobbler oats, lemon cheesecake, chocolate chip cookie, curry Dahl, and oatmeal cookie balls.

Rawgirls has very helpful awesome associates working there and awesome gluten free and vegan desserts. I got a raw lemon 🍋 cheesecake #glutenfreevegan and a gluten free vegan sugar cookie. It was all delicious. I also took pictures of other items that are sold there like juices, wellness juice shots, salads, zucchini noodle bowls, mung bean noodle bowls, soups, and more. I look forward to trying something else in the future. It is mostly a cold grab and go situation, but the ladies working there said they could heat up stuff in the back if you request it. The Acai bowls are also made on site fresh, but not available at their food trucks. Some seating is available outside and a couple stools inside. Overall great experience. You do have to pay for parking, since it is in the Memphis downtown area. However, if you find street parking the meter takes a couple quarters and you should be good to grab and go what you want. Everything there is 100% gluten free and vegan, but most items contain nuts so it's not good for people with nut allergies. They have a couple nut free soups, but cross contamination could be an issue. The vegan items that they offer were just what I needed to cheer myself up. The location was a bit disconcerting due to the foot traffic but it was well worth my efforts. They had a wide range of flavorfully healthful vegan dishes and I would have sampled them all if I had the time and weren’t just passing the area. The service was phenomenal and the dishes were wholesomely nutritious.
