Red Pier Cajun Seafood & Bar - Poplar / Ridgeway

Lovely visit... great food with just the right Cajun spice. Waitress was a joy and the manager pleasantly engaged all the patrons. There were two large parties going on but nothing was delayed from the kitchen, and waitress staff were appropriately attentive. We were there at a time they did not have a live performance going on so it was relatively calm. Well have to try it on a performance night soon!

The first visit was outstanding!! We didn't have to ask waitress for anything. She noticed things and automatically brought what what probably needed or desired. THE next visit was omg. We ordered appetizers and 🍸 and got them when were ready to go after telling waitress we longer wanted either. Ticket had to be corrected multiply times. But all that I think I may still try them again and hope waitress gets retrained to be familiar with who orders what and their food is being prepared and out in a timely fashion.

Food was delicious! Great flavor and lots of options. Great customer service. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout the mill and checked on us often.

Last night in Memphis we decided on Seafood. Pulled into the shopping center and saw the Red Pier. First we found plenty of parking. Next we were greeted by the most unusual entry doors. Were seated right away and decided on Steam Pot and Clam Chowder Soup. Both arrived quickly and steaming hot. The food was great 👍 5 ⭐ as was the service. The place had live music 🎵 and as much as we both enjoy I often ask "Why so LOUD??" Please consider lowering it down a few notches. While we don't plan to be in the area again Highly Recommend Red Pier.
