Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I like their variety of burgers and the fact I can get turkey or veggie patties or chicken breast instead of beef. Since I don't eat red meat it's nice to be able to have the same thing as everyone else. My only complaint is I wish they had thicker cut sweet potatoe fries. Service is always good, timely and polite. Prices fit what you are getting and where you are.

While the food was good, the service was poor. Not only did the meals arrive separately (more than 10 minutes apart) the waitress did not check on the need for drink refills. All this while the restaurant was not very busy.

There weren't many people in the restaurant, so it was quiet. We ate in the bar area where there were still booths that hadn't been bussed. Servers were standing around seemingly with nothing to do. We had to wait a few minutes for our server to ask about drinks. We ordered coffee, but since they were out of creamer, we got a cup of milk instead. Food was ok. Caesar salad was drenched with dressing and the chicken tasted a bit odd. I should have stuck with the burger!
