    Too often people take the time to write reviews when they were dissatisfied with a service, without recognizing when they felt like an employee went above and beyond. Today I want to recognize JD for his outstanding customer service and ability to interact with the customer. It is rare, especially during quick transaction sal es I don't drive through window, to make the customer feel good and have just enough pleasant conversation while also completing their order in a timely manner. He was able to accomplish both, outstanding job and look forward to my next order with y'all! Keep it up man.

    Always good. Line moved quickly. Very friendly on speaker and at window. Order was correct and coffee was HOT, like it's supposed to be. Easy access in and out from Germantown Parkway.
