The Wing Factory

I moved to the area from NY less than a year ago. I love good wings. A co-worker told me about this place so of course I came to try it out. These wings arent just good. They are by far THE best friggin wings I have EVER had. I will have a hard time trying all the flavors because the orange mound and lemon pepper ones were so good I crave them nonstop!!

I love their wings. Cooked thoroughly and the sauce is delicious and plentiful. Cozy spot for lunch and they offer UBER EATS.

3rd time going there and my wings was always good like I like them with extra sauce. Except for the 3rd time. I went didn't open it up. The chicken was cooked right. Looked as they ran out of sauce and I got what was left to shake up to put on the chicken. Maybe it was a long day or night for them. And they was ready to leave. Haven't had hot wings since

They could have a five star rating the wings were great ,tasty. The inside was clean . But they didn't answer the phn to make a call in order because they said they had a big order to go out , 150piece wings but that makes no sense because they still had to prepare ours as we arrived so I didn't see the point of not answering the phone. And one cashier attitude was not friendly,I went with a 60something year old young lady , the cashier just talked right over her like the ladies questions was getting on her nerves. I don't mean any harm , and I'm a black female but in black neighbors our attitudes are the worse make me not want to return all because of bad customer service. Learn how to promote friendly smiles and great customer service or stay at home with your bad attitude no-one want to deal with it period!
