Starbucks

This is the only Starbucks I come to. On my worst days, the staff are just amazing. And I love how they participate in my “Surprise Me” drinks. I’ve loved every single drink they’ve prepared me. The cost of drinks is worth the AMAZING customer service I always get. Thank you Team Millington!

Service is very hit or miss. Sometimes they are fast but most times I have waited 15 minutes or longer for coffee. The store is clean however which is nice, but I was watching my coffee be made and the barista dropped the lid on the floor and then put it on my coffee. I had to asked that it be remade and he gave me a dirty look. I would suggest watching them when making your order.

Revisied 9/21/20 So I have been back to this location many times since my initial review and it has improved so much. Our drinks come out much quicker and the staff have all been friendly and helpful. The store is still very clean and well stocked.

They always make my complicated drinks here correctly. I've been going here weekly for 15 years. Only complaint right now is the obscene drive thru lines
