    Good food, ok service, and pricey. This location needs to be careful before it turns into the McDonalds next door. Staff becoming more playful and less attentive which has resulted in my order being short on a couple of occasions. When I reported it, I got a "so what" type attitude from the manager.

    I went to Zaxby's and ordered a Chicken Salad Sandwich because I like chicken salad sandwiches. Service was good the restaurant and parking lot were clean but I did not like the chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich was dry and tasteless and in need of some help. Just a little something extra to distinguish it from just another chicken salad sandwich.

    Their food is always hot, and even with a packed drive through they're always quick. Really friendly staff as well! They certainly deserve their rating. One of the very few food places in this area that has actual good food and good staff. I swear we order from them at least once a week and they've never gotten our wrong.
