Ridgewood Barbecue

This food was delicious! The pork bbq was phenomenal along with the coleslaw and baked beans. The staff was incredibly friendly, restaurant was very clean. Definitely worth the wait!

The food is good, but like most legends. It's a lot of hyperbole. Best in the area at what they do, but it's a pretty small area. Needs more parking so you don't have to deal with the rude locals trying to park horse trailers behind your car.

It's pretty sawdust inside in a good way, the interior is a time capsule, very dated, didnt know if that's on purpose or not. The smell of hickory is thick, it'll hit you in the face when you walk in and you'll walk out smelling like a pork sandwich afterward.

I was here over a month ago and felt the need to sing the praises of this BBQ restaurant. Exceptional food--my pork sandwich was awesome and the sides were perfect. I was told by the management that I needed to try the blue cheese dip....wow. I would fight my own grandma for a bowl of that right now. If you're in the area, it's worth the drive and the little bit of a wait. However, the people are awesome and their food makes it sooo worth it!

My friends took me here for the first time this week. It was absolutely the best BBQ I have ever had in my entire life. You can’t go wrong with anything that you get!

The best of the best! Every time I eat barbecue somewhere else Ridgewood is the measuring stick I can't help but use; nowhere else even comes close to it in my opinion. The sliced barbecue pork sandwich is always great, homemade fries are not only super yummy but such a large portion that at least two people can share them. And nobody has beans that are as good!
