Pizza Hut

We were for an hour and a half. It took us 20 mins to order our food, but because it was too cold in there, we decided to take our food to go. It was due to my granddaughter being too cold. So we ordered and informed that the food would be a while due to there not being enough help on duty and the manager was doing everything. We thought that it wouldn't be too terribly long and we were in no hurry, so we stayed. The food was ready an hour later and we took it home. We were very Hungary and the food was not super, but in the situation, I thought it might taste better tomorrow..we will see .sad that the manager did not have access of a way to contact other employees or other restaurants for help. I applaud the determination of the manager to get his customers served in the best way he possibly could..Hold on to this gentleman .
