Lg fries fish sandwich and 2 strawberry pies Hot food ,I ordered

Love the chicken sandwiches off the value menu. They are $1.00 , but I always have them cook mine fresh and their always hot and yummy....thanks McDonald's for the best food

The food was cold and it usually isn't is off as it was my milkshake was fairly warm in the fries were barely cold and it seemed it kind of busy considering there was a line all the way through the drive-thru and we had to wait for the food that was around 10:30 at night so maybe the store was closing and that's what happened they could have got a late night busy rush and got caught off-guard with out any food ready but that doesn't excuse it at all there's no excuse for it I know is I've been a restaurant manager on and off for several years no longer in that business but I'm speaking from experience

This McDonald's is usually my go to if I am in the mood for fast food, because this particular location is generally fresh and fast on everything that I order. However this time everything was subpar far at best milkshake was fairly warm, the fries were more than cold. This usually is not like this store but it was kind of late at night and maybe about 30 minutes before close so that could have a little to do with it perhaps it's still seem too busy enough to get fresh food than what we did
