So Korean is not a sub genre of Asian food I have a lot of experience with, so I was super exited to give this spot a try.

So the best way to describe place is that it’s like a Subway or Moe’s but for Korean Bowls called Bibimbap bowls, You work your way down the line and pick your base, protein, veggies and Sauce. I gotta say I expected to enjoy my food, but I didn’t expect to be as blown away as I was so many delicious flavors that explode in your mouth, and the beautiful thing is that you can do an infinite number of combinations with the bowl. The Ramen was also very good with a nice light a rich broth and noodles cooked just right, perfect for a cold rainy day.

The service was as good too, staff was very friendly and explain anything we didn’t understand. Checked on us after to make sure we where okay. Really nice folks

My only gripe about Tri-Seoul is, while the space is very well decorated and looks clean, it’s kinda…empty looking. Seating is kinda limited and not a lot of space for a party bigger than 4 to sit and face each other.

Overall this spot is fantastic and I’ll definitely be back. For a family owned (and I suspect ran) restaurant you gotta give them some leeway, but I’m excited to see them broaden they’re menu (and hours) in the future!

Small but lovely located in a former bank on the sleepy part of town. You don't want to sleep on this though! The Korean food is very good! My favorites have to be the Ramen & Spicy Pork.

The staff was helpful and kind with my first time ordering. If you are with a party and don't want the bowls, their wings are darn good too!

We went for our first time for our East Tennessee Eats And Drinks dinner club. It was a smashing hit! They are slowly opening up more to more hours being opened, so keep checking back.

My favorite thing about them is not only is the food is good, but it's budget friendly too. We spent under $40 with a 20% tip and it filled us up. We didn't feel there was no lack of quality with our food. We will be back.

My new favorite restaurant, maybe ever?! They are so friendly, and the food is authentic (plus the addition of some unique items like the kimchi fries!) delicious, and fresh. There is a beautiful balance between the cold veggies and hot meat that is really refreshing. They make several types of kimchi and they are all so good. I would definitely recommend paying the extra $1 for kimchi on top if you can tolerate a little spice (they don’t make it too spicy, it is just right). The pork bulgogi is to die for! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It is really something special—highly recommend. Thank you TriSeoul for blessing Bristol with your Bulgogi and Bibimbap! 🥟🍳🥢 I will be back. Again, and again, and again!

Tri-Seoul Food is a fantastic and needed addition to Bristol. We stopped for our first of many times today and had a wonderful lunch of Bibimbap bowls. The staff is outstanding and very friendly, the food is outstanding as well. In an area like this where most ethnic food is Americanized to a degree, this was authentic as I've ever had. Korean food is typically on the spicier side, this was at a level pretty much anyone can enjoy with options for more heat if wanted via the sauces. I can honestly say the Kimchi was the best I've ever had and they have several different kinds. The Bulgogi is what I remember from my Korean friends of my youth. I can't say one negative thing about our experience at Tri-Seoul Food today.

Gave this restaurant a try for lunch today. The menu is great, simple and not overwhelming with options. When trying something new I appreciate a manageable menu. The flavor of every item in my bowl was delicious. I was a little surprised at the temperature of the noodles and veggies, very cold. But I'm assuming this was intentional. I'm not super familiar with Korean cuisine. Cucumber kimchi and Mandu were my favorite. I will definitely be back to try different combinations. I have been told that I'm difficult to please and this place did not disappoint. Great job, keep it up!
