Carrie was my server and she was very friendly and great at job. The food Lord very appetizing and was delicious. Will definitely eat there again.

This was at the Kingsport location. Love the chicken potpie, but its better at Johnson City location. My husband's burger was good, but a bit small for the price. They forgot to bring out his side (broccoli) with meal. Much quieter in bar dining area than main.

We did carryout and enjoyed it thoroughly! Portions are identical to in-store plates. The gentleman who took the order over the phone was friendly, professional, and informative. Pick-up service was also perfect. Will definitely use Cheddar's carryout again. Hoping they will have an app soon but for now, everything works smoothly.

This is an amazing place to eat, me and the 2 other people I went with really enjoyed our food. Every thing was hit fresh and came in a timely manner. They stay pretty busy so a short wait is to be expected. I have never had a bad experience here

My review is based on a party of four and feedback from them also. They have the best meatloaf you can eat! Mashed potatoes are okay. Green beans need more flavor. Johnson city’s green beans are better. Chicken tenders were placed on same plate as green beans which drained and made the tenders soggy. In Johnson City green beans are always placed in a separate bowl which is better. Shrimp was terrific. We had to send back toast for a fresh piece as it was hard as a brick and our waitress apologized to us and got us a fresh piece. I definitely would go back for the meatloaf! They have room for improvement on a few things but I would def go back just to eat that meatloaf for sure! Staff is friendly and our waitress was awesome and very attentive during our experience.
