Great service with fresh, quality food. The prices were a bit on the high side but when you get your food you understand why. It was delicious! Breakfast and lunch only so get there before 2 and note: they have a limited brunch selection on Sundays, which is different from their weekly menu.

First time here and I LOVED IT. I don't even know where to begin. The food was amazing. I had the Eggs Benedict and potatoes. You can tell that the people in the kitchen really knew what they were doing. Everything was so fresh and seasoned so well. The potatoes were so good. Probably my favorite part. Their coffee was the best coffee I've ever had. I'm not exactly sure what they do to it but, the waitress said that it was freshly blended. I've had fresh coffee many times and never had anything like that. The staff was really nice and attentive. I do believe from what i overheard, that the menu changes pretty regularly other than some staple items and I think that is so important for the success of a resturant. Variety is a great thing, in my opinion. I also noticed another table got Biscuits and Gravy. It was a huge plate! Looked really good as well. I am just so impressed and I can't wait to visit again.

The dining room was very lovely and the people friendly. The food was okay, ordered over medium eggs and brought scrambled, the bacon was tough to chew, but other than that it was fine. The prices are a little high, but overall it was okay. My biggest complaint would be that we had my 2yr old grandbaby with us and the workers in the kitchen suddenly got loud and the word DAMN came echoing into the dining room. Considering our 2yr is like all 2yr old she repeats what she hears. Don't know if we will return, but do wish their business well and a better review.

I am a local. Today, I stopped by after the gym. What a pleasant surprise to discover this new family-owned restaurant right in my own backyard! The atmosphere and staff was very welcoming. The seating was open and spacious for adequate social distancing. The acoustic coffeehouse music was a nice and unexpected touch. Clean bathrooms. I ordered a classic breakfast: 2 fried eggs, toast, grits and extra crispy bacon. It was perfect! I will definitely be bringing my out of town guests in, and I absolutely will return. The menu is simple but offers plenty of excellent options. If breakfast is what you want, no matter what time, this is a great spot!

I have mixed feelings about this place. A coworker and I went there for lunch yesterday to try it. I'll give you the good first, then the not-so-good. The good things are the place was very clean, we were greeted and seated very quickly, and the hostess as well as our waitress was very friendly. Our food came out in a reasonable time, and was proper temperature, and presented well. The food was pretty good. Not great, but certainly not bad. Now for the not-so-good. With a name like Evelyn's Kitchen Table, we believed we were going to a place that offered home cooking options and not just sandwiches. What we thought we would get was a blue plate style lunch, such as meatloaf and mashed potatoes, fried chicken and macaroni and cheese, etc. They don't offer that kind of thing at all. They offer breakfast during all business hours, and other than that, it's sandwiches, soup, or salad. They also do not offer dessert apparently, as we didn't see anything on the menu, and none was offered. The most not-so-good thing was the price. My coworker got 1/2 sandwich, soup, and Coke, and I got a grilled cheese, home fries, and tea, and the bill was over $25 plus tip! If they don't expand their menu, or at least lower their prices to charge more reasonable amount, I don't believe they'll make it.
