Good food and and good service. The sitting area and parking lot is well maintained. Fast service no matter the size of the line.

Nice, clean, great customer service! Landscaping is always beautiful! Food is good and always fresh. No diversity in the workforce. I'll like to manage one in my area.

My favorite fast food. Disappointed they do not have Peanut Butter for milkshakes at Norton Va location. Also needs to have sign advertising this location on road sign along highway. I just happen upon this location on my way to Sonic.

This is where it all began back in 1956. This is the very first Pal's and one of the best Pal's locations still! Pal's definitely has bragging rights for being top notch, speedy, and extremely clean! This is the place to take your friends and family who are visiting the area. I recommend a Double Big Pal with Cheese, a Frenchie-Fry, and a Peanut Butter & Chocolate Shake (you can't get that shake at any Pal's). If you're doing breakfast, order some Cheddar Rounds with light salt ;)
