Food had a bit of wait but it was fairly priced for the most part and very good. Wish the portions were a bit bigger but the service was attentive and very friendly.

We visited here at the beginning of May. After consideration I'm changing from 3 to 4 stars. The service was good, wasn't bothered a whole lot which is nice. The atmosphere is great, I enjoy all the old history and knick-knacks on the walls. I am fond of local businesses and appreciate that all the food is homemade from scratch. My only issues were that the eggs were a little undercooked for my preference which may be due to my misunderstanding of local food preparations as I don't live in the area yet. Also I don't particularly care to hear a group of customers' religious and political views while I'm in trying to enjoy breakfast. It is their right to have those views however I believe it would be more courteous to keep the conversation to a lower volume so only your table has to hear it, but this is of no fault to the owners necessarily. I would dine here again and recommend others to try it, but I hope for a better experience next time.

These folks know how to cook an egg! They use quality ingredients and have some of the the best sausage and bacon around. The staff is friendly and provide excellent service. Nothing fancy here but if you want a good breakfast with courteous service at a reasonable price this is the place for you.

This place is absolutely incredible! All from scratch home made food that is better than any chain restaurant by far and very friendly staff that make you feel like family. If you enjoy a quality country dining experience, this is the place for you!
