“The food is amazing. Prices are great and what can you say about the bread sticks. They are soft, fresh and hot. When you eat in they are unlimited. Where can you get a good spaghetti meal with a salad and drink for less than $10 including tax. I go at least twice a week. It is well worth the trip.”

“I love the wings at Wingstop!!! Their chicken always tastes fresh & delicious & they cook the wings so they're hot & crispy every time!! The lemon pepper & Louisiana rub are my favorites! Their carrots & celery are fresh, cold & crisp also. Staff is friendly, helpful & efficient. I wish they had additional locations in the tri-cities but until they do, I'll keep driving the 37 minutes for these amazing wings.”

“Really good tasting burgers, but a little pricey for the size of the burger. They do, however give you a monstrous order of fries with a meal, so that helps a little. If the burgers were maybe 25% bigger, the price would be a little more acceptable. Price is really my only complaint, as the good and service had always been very good. Price, however, has to be included in the value of any product, thus losing a star.”

Germs are passed on to your customer even if your employees wash their hands. I was a waitress when I was young in a nice restaurant but my boss taught us to keep our hands off the rims of the glasses.”

“Attended the 'All You Can Eat' Fish or Chicken promotion. This is only offered on Sundays. The price was $10.71. How it works is pretty simple, it's not your typical pay a price and visit a buffet line, since they're not set up that way. But a server will make his/her rounds through the dining room asking if you need/want anything. Then he/she will fetch what we request, which is fine. The food was fresh, and didn't taste like you were swallowing buckets of oil. Complaints would be lack of promptness from the wait staff. Someone was definitely not dedicated in ensuring the guests request were filled. Felt like we needed to go to the counter and ask wether or not someone was gonna come back around to take our food requests. May have just been an off day, but customer service is key.”
