“Well in the past I've gotten good service from the waitresses, but here lately that's not the deal. Yrs ago, there was a wonderful waitresses named Shalmae who had it together. You never had to wait for around 15 minutes just to get a refill on water. And that's how long it took today and over 10 minutes to get my spring rolls. They weren't real busy neither. Didn't think she was ever gonna wait on me after she took me to the table. I came real close to leaving and kinda wish I had! She did not work for her tip today. The food is great, but the service is not! I hope it'll be better the next time! If you want me to leave you a tip, then give better service from now on! You gotta work for it, because right now, it's not so great like it used to be several yrs ago!”

Some highlights: -They have better Chicken Parm than Olive Garden! -Big, cheesy New York slices with a wide variety of toppings. -The most extensive Gluten-Free menu in this area. -Great service, even when the wait times are long. With options like caramelized onions, pesto, crispy onions, hummus and so many other options you should really give them a try. Best of all, the better toppings don't cost you extra. They have a great website, it has a full list of subs and toppings. My mom was able to pick out what she wanted online. If it wasn't for this she would of voted subway. “I really love the way that they fry their chicken. It has always been fried just right. The crinkle cut fries have got it going on too. There is just something about the crinkle cut that makes them more tasty. The Texas Toast could have been a little warmer but hey I was there for the chicken and dip and fries. One last thing that makes it a PLUS for me is the ICE THAT THEY USE!!! Once you drink your Coke down you get to some fantastic ice to eat on your way home!!! It's just the right kinda crunchy and has the taste of of your drink too. I text as much as I talk!!”

“My first trip to P. Express. Mom and I both liked it. I had the Black Pepper chicken, noodles with green veggies and the rice with peas & carrots and pieces of scrambled eggs in it. All the food was Very Very good. We had 1 entree and 2 sides + 1 egg roll ?? & 2 drinks and it was less than $20.00 !!Mom really liked her food too.!! We're planning on going back real soon. The service was great too. One young lady carried our tray to the table, got our drinks and after eating she picked up our tray& got rid of the trash too.”

“Stopped here with my wife for dinner on April 2, 2019. We have ate at many Cracker Barrels over the years. This was the very best Cracker Barrel that we have had dinner at. Our waitress was great, our meal was cooked perfectly and hot. I also noticed how hard the young man that cleaned the tables worked and how conscientious he was with his job. Congrats to the manager for making this Cracker Barrel stand out from the rest!”
