Fowl Play Hot Chicken

My man put me on them let’s just say I’ll never go back to princes hot chicken again!! Literally got some today. The atmosphere and the people are very nice. The woman at the counter always smiles while taking your order she’s such a nice woman. I always get the tenders 1st base with lemon pepper and baked beans and fries. Chicken tenders are HUGE definitely getting your money worth I will never go anywhere else for my hot chicken! I LOVE THEM

I had the Tender Meal, which comes with 3 tenders and two sides. I got the 3rd Base heat level (hot) and the Sidewinder Steak Fries and Potato Salad as my sides. I also got to try their homemade Mango Tea.

The Sidewinder Steak Fries were great! They were a bit like potato wedges, but better I thought. Came out with that perfect amount of crisp. The potato salad tasted super fresh and very flavorful. It's going to be really tough to choose sides going forward, because these were both great and all the others sound like they will be awesome too! The tenders were incredible, not just in flavor, but that heat was up there! When I placed my order, they told me that 3rd Base is really hot and wanted to make sure I was aware. I eat spicy food pretty regularly and will usually get the hottest or close to it at most Hot Chicken restaurants, and I would put 3rd Base above some places hottest so the heat was definitely there. It isn't just all heat, the flavor was great, and was cooked perfectly, with a nice bit of crunch on the outside and juicy on the inside. Also, I have to shout out the Mango Tea, it was absolutely perfect way to cap off that meal. Everything was and is cooked to order, so it comes out hot and fresh.

I am super excited about Fowl Play Hot Chicken! They're the only hot chicken focused restaurant in Gallatin that I know of, and they are about 10 minutes from me, so will definitely be returning often. I think anyone who is a fan of hot chicken should come give them a try!

The chicken is so tasty and the spices delicious.
I love the three piece Southern style wings! Very good. The fries are really good. I do think they could put a few more fries based on the price. But they are delicious.
I also love the fact the food is cooked to order and fresh.
The turnip greens were good as well.
They actually get their greens locally which is very unique.
The owners are incredibly friendly.
I highly recommend this place.
Be patient because it’s still new but the wait is worth it for how good the food is!

Fowl Play has exceeded the expectations of a Hot Chicken & Fish restaurant! Hands down some of the best tasting food I've had. Well worth the wait time, which you'll have at any good Hot Chicken restaurant. But you won't get food this good or service this great. Everyone was so nice and helpful! And the cleanliness of the restaurant is on point! I highly recommend the veggie baked beans, sweet potatoes, potato salad, and fish sandwich!🤤 I've tried 1st base and 2nd base, my next visit I'm going for 3rd! Don't let me forget about the variety of teas they have. Pineapple, Peach, Mango, all good all good all good! My children enjoyed the Mac and cheese, steak fries, and sweet potatoes. I don't know any more picky eaters than them, and they left nothing on their plates. All in all, Fowl Play you scored a Home Run with us! We will be back!!! ⚾️💥💯👏🏾

Food is very tasty but the wait times are something else. It was almost an hour till we got our food tonight.

The fry has a satisfying crunch and the fry are excellent... Crisp on the outside and creamy on the inside.

I know they just opened so hopefully they can bring down the wait times. If they can do that, we will be back.
