Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries

Visited on an icy night, didn't know they were going to close early, but they treated us as welcome guests and didn't rush us. First time eating there and thought the tots, pimento burger were great. My wife said the burger was a bit too peppery. It was a good size to fill you up. We'll come back and try the other menu options. Clean and lots of seating options. Kids enjoyed the robot server.

The wait was a bit long in drive through, probably about 15 minutes. I had a couple of cars in front of me, I wasn't really sure what was going on. The person in drive-thru was nice and courteous and the food was fresh and hot. My only problem is that the Philly cheesesteak I ordered was so bland! There was no seasoning to be found anywhere in that meat or the toppings. It's like somebody just cooked plain beef, grilled some onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms and added no salt, no seasoning, no anything! I'm willing to pay $13 for a combo if the food is good but this was just not it sadly.

Came in with three generations of family and everyone was happy. Grown up and grandkids both. Comments on the Americana burger was better than a quarter pounder and comparable to the burger from Cook Out. The Hwy 55 sauce has a unique flavor with a bit of spicy zing. Great service from Sally the Server robot and Megan the human.

Amazing experience, staff SUPER FRIENDLY & INVITING! Burger was fresh, juicy and delicious. You got to try the chili fries, nothing around here compares to them. Will definitely return...
