    This crawfish trailer parks in the lot of our restaurant on Saturdays and he has the best royal red shrimp I have ever had. I just destroyed an entire pound of them. If you are in Hendersonville on a Saturday afternoon, head down to Trattoria La Caverna (near el Grullense) and pick up some grub from him.
